Pure Academy

A 16 module, four day suite of online recruitment training covering everything from client and candidate interaction to planning and much more. Included here is full member site access and all of the planning tools, templates and scripts which allow you as a recruiter to manage your time effectively, work smarter and maximize your success.

The Pure Academy starts with an online audio assessment looking at what you say in different situations relating to clients, candidates, objections and so on. This is then compared to the same assessment done after completing the training. The results are recorded with our online script audio capture software, allowing you and your manager to track your progress.

During the training you will work through a 150 page workbook designed to ensure you retain, at least on paper, everything you learn in the training.

Once the training is complete, you will then get full access to our online member site, Pure Progress. You will have your own unique log in and member page where you can access different tools to help you manage and maximize your success on an ongoing basis. These include our motivators and goals log, Business Plan template and the 23 page Accountability Assessment.
