Over the past 15 years, Fraser has worked in Contract, Contingency and Executive Search in nine different countries and established a unique approach to training that blends the most effective practices from the three recruiting methodologies. Fraser started his career in Technical Contract Recruiting in London before moving to Hong Kong to head up a Technology Practice focusing on Permanent Contingency and Executive Search recruitment. After a period back in the UK working in Boardroom Retail Executive Search, and Global Investment Banking Technology Search, Fraser headed off to Eastern Europe to run a Finance Recruitment Company throughout six countries in the Eastern European region, based in Poland. Immediately following this Fraser moved to Canada to work in Finance and Technology recruitment before setting up and later selling a Canadian based recruiting organization.

It was then in 2009 that Pure Recruitment Training was formed. Since then Fraser has worked as Head of Executive Search for a division of J.P Morgan, enabling him to understand the internal recruitment market and launch Headhunt In, a similar training product targeted at the in-house market. In 2012 Fraser went on to launch Bremnus, a search and recruitment firm where he practices what he teaches on a day to day basis. He is also a regulator contributor to industry magazines in the UK and the US, and conducts speaking engagements at international recruitment conferences.
