This assessment breaks down the whole recruiting process, measuring everything from revenues to phone skills, planning and work ethic on an ongoing basis.
Another world first is our unique online audio capturing software that records the before and after results of each individual trainee in relation to over 80 scripted scenarios covering all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle. This ensures trainees and their managers are able to accurately measure the return on investment of the training even before the placements start to happen.
